Cooking for a family of 15 and often many friends and relatives, Paula always dreamed of a kitchen where many hands really did make light work, and all of the tools were available to “feed the troops”. Today the kitchen at Scholls Valley Lodge is world class with features like a 48” professional double oven range and plenty of room at the custom work island. This room also features roll up doors which allow an open and spacious facility unsurpassed for its utility and beauty.
